Overlooking the signature of the Waikoloa Beach course, 12H has coastline ocean views to see surf along with the whales in the winter. Halii Kai 12H is a 3 bed/2 bath villa. The living and dining areas as well as the kitchen are connected and offer a view of the ocean. The master bedroom has a wall mounted LCD television and also offers the view. The master bath is attached with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower. On the other side of the villa are the two guest bedrooms and another bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a wall mounted LCD television. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. This villa is the closest villa to the Halii Kai Ocean Club. The Halii Kai Ocean Club features a resort style multi layer pool, jacuzzi, open air fitness center, and a restaurant all located on a bluff overlooking the ocean.
